GTIN Exemption Kya Hai?
Agar tumhara product generic hai aur koi barcode/UPC nahi hai — toh GTIN Exemption apply karo. Warna listing create nahi hogi.
Check karo — kya tumhara category eligible hai?
Kuch categories mein GTIN mandatory hota hai (Electronics, Books). Home Decor, Kitchen, Apparel mein exemption milti hai.
Seller Central pe jaao → Inventory → Add a Product
“I don’t have a product ID” option select karo. GTIN exemption request form fill karo — brand name “Generic” likhna hai.
Product images + description submit karo
Amazon review karta hai. Approval 2–5 business days mein aata hai. Email confirmation milega.
Exemption milne ke baad listing create karo
Ab bina barcode ke listing live ho sakti hai. Product listing pe jaao aur complete karo.
Brand name field mein “Generic” likhna mandatory hai GTIN exemption ke liye. Koi aur word mat likhna — rejection ho sakta hai.
Brand Registry Kaise Karein?
Sirf unke liye jo apna brand bana rahe hain (Route 02). Iske liye pehle Trademark lena padega.
Brand Registry ke liye active Trademark certificate mandatory hai — IP India se registered. Bina trademark ke application reject hogi.
Trademark apply karo — IP India
ipindia.gov.in pe jaao. Brand name ka trademark Class 35 (retail) ya product-specific class mein apply karo. Ek attorney se help lo — ₹4,000–15,000 mein hota hai.
TM Application Number milega
Apply karne ke baad ek application number milta hai. Yeh number Amazon Brand Registry mein use hoga — certificate aane ka wait mat karo.
